Troubleshooting Tips
- Data not syncing: Make sure iCloud is enabled in Settings > Apple Account > iCloud and that TripBoard has iCloud access turned on.
- App feels slow or unresponsive: Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device.
- Missing trips or expenses: Check that you are signed into the correct iCloud account. Your data syncs to the account you used when creating it.
- Shared trip not appearing: Ask the trip owner to resend the share invitation. Make sure you accepted it from the same iCloud account.
General Tips
- Keep your device updated to the latest version of iOS.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection for iCloud sync.
- Update TripBoard to the latest version from the App Store.
